7 Essential Phone Applications For Lead Generation Companies

In the spirit of LeadsCon 2010, here are 7 examples of how lead generation companies are gaining a competitive edge by using phone applications to track, qualify and route phone leads.


1. Call Tracking

When prospects prefer making a phone call to filling out a web form, use Call Tracking to accurately measure phone leads, not just web form submissions.


2. Local & Toll-Free Phone Numbers

Assign a unique local number to each customer in your directory or advertisement. You’ll project a local presence and be able to accurately measure how many calls you generate for each client or from each ad.


3. IVR – Interactive Voice Response

6. Whisper Messages
Each time you send your client a phone call, use a ‘whisper message’ to announce, “This is a lead from XYZ Lead Gen Company, would you like to accept the call”. By doing this, you remind your client of the value you provide.
