We’re excited and you should be too. Ifbyphone has a brand new look–including a new website and a new customer portal–thanks to input, feedback and requests from YOU, the Ifbyphone community.
What’s New In Version 3
New Overview Dashboard
You can now see your account info, a call summary of the last 24 hours – 30 days, a list of your phone numbers and how they are routed, recent account activity, upcoming broadcasts & conference calls, and news all on one dashboard in your account.

Queuing
We’ve released queuing into beta and we’re looking for testers. Basically, with Lead Distributor and Find Me you can keep callers in a queue, improving our Virtual Call Center capabilities.
Bring Your Own Transport SIP Integration
We’re now partnering with Telco Service Providers.
Irv Shapiro’s Blog
We’ve added a 2nd blog. Ifbyphone CEO Irv Shapiro will be blogging. You can also follow Irv on Twitter.
Find Me
The Find Me interface was completely redone, making it easier for you to set up your Find Me lists.

Contact Groups
Regularly conference or broadcast the same group? Now you can save the group so you don’t need to upload a new list every time.
Store Locator
You can now specify how far away you want to allow for matching locations. For example, if a store is more than 20 miles from the caller you can route them to an Ifbyphone application like an IVR or voice mail instead of to a store.
Reporting
When you perform a reverse lookup to find a callers location you’ll also be given name, address, and any other available information. Additionally, directly alongside your Call Detail Report you can see recordings, listen to them, and email them.
Help Center
In your account, you’ll notice a brand new help center.
