Emergency Alerts work in conjunction with a number of Ifbyphone services so that you and your staff can keep your customers informed of urgent matters. Send and receive recorded messages; allow your customers to connect with you live upon receiving the alert; and track where, when and how customer responses are being directed.

Emergency Alerts use Ifbyphone's SurVo and Outbound Voice Broadcast services to successfully notify people through an automated system. All parameters and messaging for the Emergency Alert are configured using Ifbyphone's simple, Web-based interface.
