IFBYPHONE NAMED FINALIST IN 2011 STEVIE® AWARDS FOR SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Stevie® Awards recognize Ifbyphone’s voice applications suite, SourceTrak, as a leading marketing solution.
Chicago – February 01, 2011 – Ifbyphone, a leading provider of voice applications for customer interactions, announced today that its suite of call-tracking applications and tools has been named a Finalist in the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Ifbyphone’s SourceTrak — Finalist in the Marketing Solutions – “New Version” category — manages, measures and automates phone conversions, optimizes ad spend and demonstrates ROI for any size campaign, including online, offline or a combination of both. Released in September 2010, SourceTrak is aimed primarily at small-to-midsize marketers.

Members of the Awards’ Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors will select Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place January 24 -
February 4. Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners will be announced during a gala banquet on Monday, February 21 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries are expected to attend.
