A Note about Applicable Surcharges

  • Outbound calls to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to usage charges; customers must request access

Ifbyphone toll-free phone numbers are initially configured to only receive inbound calls from the contiguous 48 United States due to inbound surcharges levied by our carriers. If you have a need for inbound toll-free calls from the following locations, we are happy to work with you to understand the applicable surcharges and enable inbound calling.
