A note about applicable surcharges
- Incoming calls from pay phones are subject to usage surcharges
- Recorded and monitored calls are billed at 1.5 times the standard rate
- A $0.005 per minute surcharge will be applied for all toll free number usage
Inbound Toll-Free Rates
Ifbyphone toll-free phone numbers are initially configured to only receive inbound calls from the contiguous 48 United States due to inbound surcharges levied by our carrier. If you have a need for inbound toll-free calls from the following locations, we are happy to work with you to understand the applicable surcharges and enable inbound calling. The surcharges below go into effect starting July 15, 2011. These surcharges are subject to change without notice based on our carrier’s fee schedules.
