Here's how it works: your customer will land on a page within your Web site that has been configured to display a Click-to-Call link. Once the customer clicks on the link, their telephone will ring as they are automatically routed to your company's local or Toll-Free Telephone Number! Smart Click-to-Call and Call Routing technology is not limited to Web sites, either. Embed Click-to-Call links in e-mails, e-newsletters or banner ads to maximize your marketing effectiveness.
Tracking Different Types of Calls
Call Tracking makes viewing call logs and associated data so simple! Calls that have been placed based on a Smart Click-to-Call can be easily discerned from inbound calls that were placed to your Toll-Free Telephone Numbers, or calls that were dialed outbound from your account. Plus, your inbound calls are tracked regardless of whether or not they are linked to an Ifbyphone schedule. To clarify, Ifbyphone schedules enable you to customize when and how your inbound calls are routed. For example, from 8am to 5pm, you may want all your sales calls to be routed to a Client Care Specialist in the Sales Department. Then, during after-hours, route sales calls to a 24-hour answering service. Schedules can be highly customized and fine-tuned to ensure that you never lose another lead!
