SurVo questions include all traditional IVR prompt and response options with full support for automated speech recognition and response recording. Questions that ask for specific information such as yes/no, multiple choice, selection dialogs, numbers, dates or times are automatically converted into text. Open ended questions are recorded and saved or transmitted as standard WAV files.

Once your customer has completed the questions posed by a SurVo, the information collected can be emailed, saved to a database or transmitted to your server for further processing. For example, a SurVo can be utilized to conduct employment screens, provide a customer satisfaction survey or route a call based on answers given to a series of questions. SurVos have the potential to be invoked in response to a Click-to-Call, an inbound call, an outbound call, a scheduled call, or an API request from a Web site.
