  1. In response to Tunde, the data comes from InsideSales.com. (It’s at the bottom in the notes.) InsideSales.com did the research with Harvard. I actually ran into this research a couple years back. It’s great to see that it’s becoming more well known.

We worked with one of our agency partners (Moveo Integrated Branding, http://www.moveo.com) and their graphic design team to build and publish the infographic. Although I definitely see the benefits of using more automated tools to build infographics. We will look into the ones you suggest for future projects.

Nice Infographic — I just wrote a blog post about using infographics to describe how people can access our role-play simulator for our scripts that teach kids with Autism how to practice social conversations — (with If By Phone’s IVR running in the background). I”m curious as to which tool you used to create this. A couple I found were easil.ly visual.ly and piktochart.
